We can offer menus for a wide range events, from business meetings at The Lodge, Boulder to BBQ's in Lakewood. Indoor or outdoor, from small events to large parties we can create a custom menu from brats, chicken, brisket, salmon and more. Graduation Party
This Graduation Party had something for everyone!
The Luau menu included a whole pig, ribs, chicken & salmon all with a Hawaiian touch.
Guests enjoyed the taste of summer.
Project Completion Party
They enjoyed the Classic BBQ menu with chicken, brisket, potato salad & coleslaw.
Despite the heat all sides are served cold at our events with the help of chilled chafing dishes.
DC Huskie Hawaiin Hoe Down
This was a two pig roast extravaganza prepared in a Luau Style - there was a fabulous selection from ribs, Luau chicken, salmon poke and plenty of sides.
The event was hosted in a rodeo arena. Our roasting boxes were placed just outside one of the side exits.
