Chili Inferno - 12th Annual Chili Inferno Cook-Off
On Labor Day, Flatirons Barbeque took part in the 12th Annual Chili Inferno Cook-
off enterring into three categories including Red Chili, Chili Inferno & Salsa.
Flatirons Barbeque Won 2nd Place in the Professional Division for Best Traditional Red Chili, Inferno Chili and Salsa!
In the People's Choice Awards Flatirons Barbeque won 1st Place for the Best Salsa & Best Team Spirit!
We had a wonderful day and look forward to competing again next year!

The Chili Inferno Cook-Off has been held in Boulder since 1983, originally known as the Chili Ole' it has remained a favorite at the Hometown Fair.
Maybe it's the Coloradan love of chilis because the Chili Inferno sure is a celebration of the hot, hot chili!
