Flatirons Barbeque is a locally owned BBQ catering company, based in Boulder Colorado. Chef & owner Matthew Walker-Bannon formed the business to fullfill his love of BBQ.
Aside from being the chief pig roaster & the creative force behind our menus he can be regularly found at Flatirons Barbeques discussing the many techniques behind succulent BBQ.

Robert Baker aka BBQ-Bob a native of Colorado brings the local traditions to our Classic BBQ menus.
At our events don't be surprised if the title of BBQ-Bob ocassionally gets swapped with 'Dad'.
Our team is comprised of experienced chefs, bartenders & servers.
